QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
hello good night I would like some assistance in regard to 2 packages of electronics that came I to the island on the 2 of may and until now all I see on Jamaica post website is held by custom. I submitted the payment documents and invoices over a week now and all am here from the person who I submitted them to was she send them to be process. Am so frustrated and confuse. Any help or advice would be great.

Apologies for your experience. However, did you keep copies of the paperwork and get the identity of the person you gave the paperwork
You could speak to the supervisor, or go to the head office for customs officers.
