I need Jamaica divorce forms

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I am sure you will agree with me that I need to get divorced. This man is driving me nuts. I am reading the news and every day I can see how easy these cronies are killing their women as if to say death should literally part us. I am in a bad bad bad relationship. Its getting worse every day and I believe my husband is gay.
Nothing but disrespect and now these stories are fascinating him too much. Please do not post my name because I dont know who reads your column.
I just need you to tell me where to get the forms to fill in to get divorced.
