Pay Jamaica's creative people well...

DONT SCARE CREATIVE Jamaicans to run off and live where their skills are appreciated like USA, UK, Spain et al.

MASH DOWN THAT LIE::: Creative people are not people you should just pay something for their work!!!! Creative work is not an anybody can do job…get qualified people and pay them well.. not elaborately, but encourage that flow…of creative thought!! Creative people do know money, and do have bills…CREATIVE people stop hustling — set the pace, earn your respect with real creative power!… or RUN away from the field before the squaring ball hits you!!!!

Too many Jamaicans want to get by on outsmarting and manipulating the creative persons. If you dont think they deserve it, dont give them the work. No creative person can go to the doctor and ask for a discount for being creative. No landlord or mortgage company gives allowance for being creative. Creative persons, must eat and this they do normal or even more like everyone else.
