Major problem, sinus blocked and smelly

QUESTION: Dear Jamaican Herbalist,

I have a major problem!!! Something happening in my sinuses. One of my nasal cavity is always block and the air that I breathe from my nostril smells.

REPLY: Dear Rasbert,
You apparently are having nasal drains. Questions are answered generally on this site. You may need to speak one-on-one with a herbalist beyond what is posted.

There may be factors that need to be discussed further such as triggers which may include your diet or your environmental elements.

To address the situation you may however in the meantime avoid oils, butters, whole milk products. Things you can consume include the guinea hen weed as herbal tea. You can also rub guinea hen roots or leaves in your palm and inhale the fumes.
