Garrison recording artiste Blak Ryno, currently on tour in the United Kingdom is very upbeat about the state of his career. Last week the artiste known for hits such as Shades and Bike Back made stops in Brixton, Bristol, Clapham and Croydon conducting a series of radio interviews and public appearances ahead of performances at the Malcolm X Centre in Bristol and the Electric Bar, Brixton.
This week he will be in Birmingham wrapping up the final leg of the two week tour which ends Friday, April 13th.
“So far the tour has been going great, the fans have been very receptive and we just putting in the work. We have a new EP on iTunes that we promoting and look out for the new videos__ Summer ago juk up__ seet deh” – Ryno stated.
Meanwhile, the Garrison boss whose given name is Romane Anderson has released his first official EP album since forming his own record label.
The EP titled Cyah Program Me, produced in collaboration with Markus Records features singles such as: Ice Cream, Why Life Nuh Sweet, Cyah Program Me and Whine Me among others and is available via iTunes and other digital outlets. Digital distribution for the project is handled by 21st.
The Seet Deh singjay has also shot the video for ‘Ice Cream’ set to make its official premier next week. ‘Ice Cream’ will be Ryno’s first official music video since the start of the year. Plans are currently in motion for accompanying visuals for the steadily growing ‘Whine Me’ as well.
Amidst a hectic schedule talks are now on the way for a possible collaboration between Ryno and a popular soca artiste.
