I already did an HSG, how can I get pregnant?

QUESTION: Dear Jamaican Herbalist,
I have been trying to get pregnant for a good while now, I did a hsg in 2005 which shows that my tubes were ok, but I still couldnt get pregnant. I did another hsg about 3 weeks ago and it showed that my tubes are blocked. I heard about the shame macka bush and dog blood. will these help me and how to take them?
