Jamaicans in some parishes boil Bitter melon–or Cerassee and have a bathe in the steaming extract to cleanse their skin in particular of fungus and skin diseases.
USES:
Taken as a tea for diabetes, malaria, worms, colds and hypertension.
Care must be taken as some medical doctors theorise that this herb hides than cures the Diabetes disease
