For centuries Jews have been looked at as God’s selected people, the specially chosen. Across the world they have been reverred as business men. Little known however is their worth outside of businesspersons and religious people.
On the brink of economic disturbances, especially following recent extradition of an alleged major druglord Christopher “Dudus” Coke, from its shores, Jamaica has managed to add new attractions for tourists.
Among the list is the Jews who have lived on the island for over 300 years.
The culinary skills and religious commitments have made the Jews among pertinent Jewels of the island. Other elements that note the Jews as assets to Jamaica include the accomplishments in music and architecture with achievements by Behn “BennyBwoy” Goldis, musician, and Eran Spiro, architect for example.
