LETTER: What really is JEEP about?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am seriously very confused at this point as to what JEEP really means, I had already taken the STANCE that it meant JUST EMPTY ELECTION PROMISES, and hoped that I would be proven wrong. However from what I have been seeing it seems as if not only was it EMPTY ELECTION PROMISES, but also stuff that was taken from what the JLP had already put in place.
For example The Career Advancement Programme (CAP), which if I am not mistaken was IMPLEMENTED by Andrew Holiness, suddenly now it is part of the JEEP.

Not to mention That my EYES beheld the LETTER detailing the JEEP and from what my eyes have seen, it seems as if the LETTER is begging for Private Sector participation in the JEEP. In all HONESTY the JEEP seems to be filled with more QUESTIONS than it is with ANSWERS.

I am also APPALLED at what is being CONSIDERED as 50 years of INDEPENDENCE, it is a down right JOKE that this PNP Govt. would dare to talk about CELEBRATIONS when after 35 years the CONSTITUENCY of the Prime Minister is in SHAMBLES, What do we really have to CELEBRATE? Being INDEPENDENT means being able to STAND on your own two feet, last time I checked Jamaica does not even have the two feet needed to stand on.
At what point will we receive some kind of ACCOUNTABILITY? At what point will the PNP man up and ADMIT that they have no clue what they are doing or where they are going? Or will they CONTINUE to USE their ARROGANCE to push the country into further chaos.
