His name is Horace Anthony Daley. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica and the son of Miss Esmie L. Walters (first announced scholarship named in her memory).

I attended Calabar High School in Kingston, Jamaica between 1984 through 1989. My dream as a child was to become a Lawyer (Q.C). Unfortunately, financial difficulties, coupled with lack of scholarship opportunities and hardship to attain a student loan prevented me from attending the Norman Manley Law School.
