How do you know when you have come across a Jamaican artist.
Every artist by nature has something unique about them, but all Jamaican artists are exceptionally unique. Here are a few things that separate them apart from the other artists around the world:
– Use of their colourful character whether they express this through their performances, their canvas or created food
– High energy
– Prolific thinking
– Their knack for intense creations
– The theme of their work of art – there is simply no other person who can speak about the many experiences of a Jamaican, like a Jamaican
– Jamaican artists are multipurposed and multiskilled and dare say ‘multiapplicable’
