The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kingston will be closed on Friday, March 26, 2010, for professional in-service training. No routine American citizen, federal benefits, immigrant visa, or nonimmigrant visa services will be available on that day.
American citizens who need to contact the embassy in an emergency situation should call (876) 702-6000. The Consular Section will re-open for business as usual on Monday, March 29, 2010.
The U.S. Consular Agency in Montego Bay will be open on March 26, during its regular public hours, 8 a.m. through 12:30 p.m.
