I need to give birth, but one tube is blocked

QUESTION: Dear Jamaican Herbalist,
I was trying to get pregnant and I went to the doctor and he send me to do a HGS and he said my tubes were blocked. I dont have so much money to clear it. so I herd that bushes are good to do those kind of stuff. I really want to give birth. helllp me please
