WARNING: Do NOT buy fake notice form - that's not Jamaican!!

The public is advised against buying fake notice forms attached to articles downloaded from this site being promoted as official forms. Permission to date has not been granted, for the download and sale of any form or article from this site. To make it worse, these forms which are wrongfully downloaded from this site are improperly done and appears abnormally larger than the actual forms, with some parts being cut off. On the actual form available, which remain available for the publics personal use and advancement there is no handwriting and the forms bear instructions on the side.

Perhaps it is a note of flattery or outright ignorance – Who knows. Its anybodys guess though why someone especially a person in a position to mete justice would go out of her way to download articles from this site and the forms and offer for sale after slightly distorting them from their original state. Three persons are involved in this notice form racket across Jamaica – one police officer stationed at the Sutton Street court, one courthouse staff member from Sutton Street, and one who considers herself honest enough to collect monies to handle registration paperwork for others at the Duke Street Registrar General Department. The photo attached shows how the document is reworked and prepared for the cost of $200.00 at the Sutton Street Court by at least one police officer to date.

The public is therefore warned that this is not being done without the approval of the owners of this site nor the creator/ author of the form nor article. This is a direct breach of the rights of the creator/ author and the law. Added to that it is outright brazen of these persons supposedly in authority.

You can download the real notice forms and guidelines on this site or simply purchase your set of the new smart notice versions. Stay connected or contact us for more. Otherwise the old time notice forms are being sold in bookstores across Jamaica. Some bookstores are even selling forms downloaded from this site without permission, but that will be a matter for the copyright laws.
