'Court staff business' turn street attack

To get justice literally have to fight to get justice served, and even cautious on how they report court staff.

Imagine going to Court and not getting through because of internal issues among staff members. You then write a letter for court administration to deal with said staff members whose actions surprise you. As if to punish you for writing to court admininstration for an address, the staff members scheme in retaliation to ‘bring you down’. Your files now get lost, affidavits of service go missing, and more until the Administrator intervenes. Albeit you are now barred from ever speaking with a supervisior. This has been the experience of at least fifty persons who have shared with this media site. Its now a hardened and predictable practice. The corrupt practice of court staffers yell in silence ‘Watch out for what I can do with my role as a staffer because you compßlaioned about me’ Its never ‘I will do better, and even apologise for my failure to serve you. Before you know it you are swearing and cursing at them, and then they just wide eyed begin threatening you with a charge for disorderly conduct.

Street attack adds injury to fury
Only last week was one such victim told on the Sutton street across from the courthouse ‘You come give trouble. Mih hear everyting. You write letter bout Miss James (head bailiff), and dih people dem inside. Yuh mus just cool. The attack came from cone of the ‘outside lawyers with good connection to inside. Apparently he was brought in on the group discussion about yet another group victim, being one who ‘paid up for favours like early dates’ and so could not afford the grain to run from his feed bag.

This time he was punishing the victim for not ‘giving him the work’ to file for him. This was only ADDING INJURY TO FURY. His direct words were heard by at least ten onlookers who must know who the trouble makers for court staff are. Cant be the persons on the inside who did not ensure the client of the courthouse got his just reward to recover his property from a negligent licensee.

The woman selling across the street begins throwing water sending her signal that she was a part of the system.

This is not the first occasion, nor the first year of this injust behaviour and one wonders when it will ever end. There is a new court administrator but as the monster of corruption inside grows she too is silenced to focus on just earning her pay.

The victims do anticipate a rainbow. However it seemingly worsens. Nonstaffers wh hang and hustle on the outside, and staffers on the inside supervisors included. Its another round of corruption, but now its at the seat where Justice should begin – the courthouse.

So then lets watch how Marlene Malahoo Forte handles this new portfolio as Court Minister. She herself was a Parish Judge sitting in that same court.
