It looks like the pigment for paint, and some call it curry. It’s turmeric. The health benefits are many starting with treating arthritis, cancers, melanoma and works wonders as a detoxifier. Glad to be living in Jamaica where we benefit from all these wonderful cultures — by far the medicinal benefits of plants and herbs brought here makes Jamaica a power packed island.
