Jamaica Shaggy makes Bustamante children more comfy in 2011

Eight months after Shaggy did his raised funds for children at the Bustamante, he has a treat.

Earlier the Reggae powerhouse brought together just enough friends to stage a charity show in aid of the Bustamante Children’s Hospital on the grounds of Jamaica House in Kingston.
From the massive traffic build up the support was evident with the over an hour crawl of motorists to enter the venue.
Performances included Grammy-winning R&B artiste NeYo, Damian ‘Jr Gong’ Marley, Trinidadian Kes, Agent Sasco, energy god Elephant Man, comedians Ity and Fancy Cat, Wayne Marshall (and his eight-year-old son) and recent The Voice winner Tessanne Chin, each rifling through a series of their hits.

The Shaggy Make a Difference Foundation organises the annual charity event to assist in the provision of equipment and supplies for the children’s hospital, the only one of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean.
