Professor David Westbrook, is currently visiting Jamaica until April 16, to discuss ways in which Jamaica, and similar countries can move forward in the wake of the global crisis.
Jamaica joins many countries seeking opportunities to guide its future, while at the same time struggling to deal with the effects of the recession
