The job market of Jamaica remain an ongoing wonder and is at risk. Global challenges also present issues for many on the job market.

103. Ensure all college graduates sign to work three to five years to country before permanent migration
104. Bring back civics in schools
105. It should be compulsory for all Jamaicans should learn the universal language of reading to at least secondary level
106. Creativity is key
107. Entrepeneurship needs to be supported
108. Expose youth from basic school devel to varied careers beyond teaching, doctor, soldier and police
109. Lit lanes and streets at night
110. Better transportation of workers
