QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,

Hi good day. I would like to know how do I go about obtaining a copy of a will from the supreme court in Jamaica.

RESPONSE: Dear Tina

Please visit the Supreme Court. At the family division of the Civil Registry you can submit the name of the deceased for a trace to be done. Bear in mind that this will work only if there is an application for probate of the will. All the best!
