DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I am asking that the following comment, by me, be REPOSTED as I note how one ill deed can have lasting ripple effects, especially when there are the few who choose to remain in the dark, and knowing you you are probably not saying anything but running around asking WHY.
I am seriously shocked that someone could be so unkind to Ms McGibbon. But then I wonder if I should take you (the poster) seriously because you did not use your real name and you dont allow responses to be posted, and you then say you are in Jamaica. So now you seem as if you are just trying to create mischief, and if you are you should be disciplined through the Courts.
I also wonder as you said you sent her a few deposits If as you say she did nothing, why would you continue to send her “deposits”.
I have known Anthea McGibbon for over 20 years, and can personally attest to her impeccable character, sincerity and commitment to see Jamaicans especially succeed.
I myself had problems with a tenant in Trench Town, and had it not been for Ms McGibbon’s assistance there is no telling what would have happened in my absence.
In, fact I paid several lawyers huge sums of money, and relied on many persons including my neighbours in Jamaica to collect my rent and to take these persons to Court. After 10 years of frustration, and a huge waterbill which no one could seem to address, I asked her to assist. I have not looked back and I rely on her a lot in my business back home. The prices she charged me were more than reasonable even though her business was young.
I have been to her office, and met very nice persons who support her. I know she has paralegal training always promoting Jamaicans, sometimes using her own resources a bit too much. I myself am involved with her foundation which is not for profit.
I took time to read her response and I hope you will too. Its very enlightening and to me puts a perspective on everything. She’s a very meticulous person, who consults with attornies and I have seen where a number of them respect her while I was in Jamaica.
What you are doing is cruel and I am sure knowing Anthea she has been bending over backwards to see your project through. So stop this nonsense and try to work out something with her, or the attornies she recommended yo to meet.

Dear W Henry Eccleston,
Thanks is not enough for your support over the years, and by far this comment is humbling to say the least. However, it all has been a learning experience as I understand humanity even more. I bear no grudge and am no longer fearful of what misguided evil doers with ill intentions will bring. Karma is something, BUT GOD is even greater and by far something more. So here’s to me growing stronger and wiser as a result of these ill minded persons!!
