Bad Jamaica notice-to-quit, GET HELP here!



Faced with more financial challenges, more persons have opted to earning a buck from writing notices to quit. Literally, more police personnel specifically such as District Constables, Justices of the Peace (JPs), have joined the long line of persons, mostly untrained in legal proceedings to fill in notice forms. It is an unfortunate event to have even persons that hang around on court compounds writing a bad notice to quit. This can result in weighty frustration as it makes the process to evict that person out of your property under your control.

Then there are those do-it-yourselfers who refuse to eve ask an attorney-at-law basics. Note though it must not be taken for granted that all attornies-at-law actually know how to fill in a notice form. Truth be told even court staffers at several court locations and some staff at the Rent Assessment Board, get the notice filling process wrong. These mistakes are made mostly when the persons needing the notice relays part or incorrect information to the person assisting them.
