Dear Payless Shoes are YOU or Julip scamming Jamaicans?

A reader walks into a payless store buying 3 size nines on my behalf.
Size eight and a half is my perfect size , based on Payless fitting me previously BUT I always chose size nine as my perfect size . Alas one of them – the Julip footwear- cant fit the recipients (MY) foot.. The chosen Julip Footwear size nine is not a typical size nine.. its wayyyyy too tight!!

We return to exchange and are told things never before told to the buyer, nor available in print anywhere, nor advertised.

The store seller and the store manager stated in response a few days later: “Maam you got the third shoe free in our buy 2 get the cheapest one free.. you can only exchange size up or down”. The recipient (ME) is like Are you serious so because its free everyone is to suck it.

So buyer asks well which store has the size. the seller sends them on a literal wild goose chase. All stores that claimed to have one last one, DIDNT at the right time.

We return as there is no such thing. now buyer says can we exchange for another similar shoe or just cash out. seller is like noo because the cost of the shoe will show as zero dollars. so here are buyer and shocked recipient in need of size 9.5 but with a shoe noone can wear..

Meantime manager starts a 30 day scam.. well get a new batch and u have 30 days ro exchange it for size.

Now the size.. is in sav la mar they claim.. can it be shipped to boulevard or constant spring for pick up..
no..

Of course by law.. if you dont want it and it is in good condition.. wasnt worn.. brought back receipt.. it can be refunded BY LAW.

WHY HAVENT I been refunded as in cancellation of the sale period? Why the big deal? Perhaps one solution is to have Julip resend a size up during thi 30 day exchange period. After all all other size nines were perfect except for the Julip shoes. Mind you there were similar Julip footwear shoes but just not with the code I bought.

WHY PAYLESS STAFF forcing this show I cant use down my throat EVEN though I am willing to pay extra so that one of the others become the new free shoe.. BUT THEN the other shoe i see in the store is more or less the same size as the one I got free..

yet new batch brings new styles..

The point is if by your chart you prescribe shoes.. Why should the person have had to come in to make purchase. How is it that a purchase for someone turns out that a size nine is so EXTRA tighter than the other size nines. AND even for added fees so that the other shoe becomes the cheapest you cant exchange. It does not seem there is a size nine and a half.. because every store that said there only hav one.. DIDNT have it when it was physically visited.

while life goes on.. is this a scam or no…
