Since last year, I paid my $2,000.00 to get disgusting tenants out of my house. I paid the Court to have the bailiff remove them and up to now the bailiffs have not come by nor called me.

While the team empathises with you, this does not seem to be a case where the bailiff should be blamed. $2,000 is a far cry from actual eviction fees. That amount seems small and may have been for either service of a summons, a court document or an application. You will need to have all your documents and experience through the court reviewed to ascertain exactly where you are in the process. You can reach out to us.
