STEP 1
You need to send documents you have – chiefly vision statement, profile and few samples of your work for the creation of your promotion page in catalogue on location.
This promotion page will cost you $2,000.
If you do not have the above documents, then we need to do a quick questionnaire/interview to retreive information.

STEP 2
Then we need to meet for me to pick a few pieces for the gallery
AND/OR
Arrange a solo exhibition for you, unless you want to join a group exhibition both of which are seperate set up from permanent gallery. For the exhibition you will need to pay additional towards promotion costs (throughout hotel, online etc) .. the percentage taken from sales-at-end goes towards administration

How many works do you have to put in gallery? How many works do you have for an exhibition whether as a part of one, or by yourself?

OTHER STEPS include
contract, terms, conditions etc

STANDARD TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT:
for 1-2 initial works in gallery.. works are brought down at expense of gallery.

STANDARD TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

1. Limited works are taken down for general gallery on specific days, however nominal (apprx $500 – $1500) charge applies if works are to be picked up from locations beyond reason. At best bring works for gallery to avoid this fee

2. For exhibition openings.. transport of works will be 12,000 combined trip – or at expense of artist

3. NB: The 24-hour Exhibtion is opened one night at other spots, after which works goes to gallery or other display area(s)!

Spots include Gran Bahia Principe, local banks, private homes, real estate offices. I mostly tell what is happening with this gallery, arts, as it relates to the island and visitors.
