I need to wed in Jamaica on a budget

QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
I am coming to Jamaica in May to marry my long time friend. You have been good to me and I saw your recent post offering marriage services. I dont have much, so I need your assistance again. I called around to a few hotels and they tell me the cheapest fee is US$1,000, which is more than I can afford. I saw your article listing about US$300 for a basic package. Would that get me the marriage officer, it doesnt have to be a pastor, plus documents, location plus photos for less.

It will a pleasure assisting you, and I would love to assist again. That very basic package should you be in Kingston will cost US$300-US$500, if you use our locations in Kingston or Ocho Rios.
