OWNERSHIP is 90 per cent possession. If someone has something you gave them undisturbed for at least six years.. you have no more right to them and should enter into a fresh agreement should you want to retrieve them. THAT new ‘owner’ owes you nothing not even an ear! THIS is BY Jamaican law.
