Thank you so very much for the prompt reply to my question. I wish I had known of your service before. I will make sure that every Jamaican I know, knows of this service.
I didn’t think the lawyer retained in Jamaica more than seven years ago, now living abroad should have been allowed to continue with the legal process but my brother who’s the executor of my parents’ will and who also lives abroad figured it would be too costly to start the whole process over again with another lawyer. I live in Europe and was recently informed of my brother’s decision. The information you supplied was very useful, and we did check into another attorney.
