Should Jamaicans in Jamaica pay US tax for adsense?



QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz.

I vown a website and a youtube channel. I used to get monies I earn through google Adsense. Recently the monies stopped coming, but I am seeing it in my account on google. They told me to upload a new form, and for that I need a Tax number. Do I use my Jamaican TRN because I live in Jamaica.
