The last house where I lived did not have a written contract and things got changed by the unscrupulous. Can you tell me how to do a contract with my new landlord? Can you do an article about unscrupulous practices by landowners/lords so that tenants can be warned?

Where the contract is concerned:
First of all, there is no priority given to a written contract over an oral one when it comes to tenancy arrangements by Jamaican law. However, please be guided as follows:
