I am thirsty, and perhaps so are you.
A great reason I enjoy living in Jamaica, is that the skins of fruits are very useful.
I found a new way to using fruit skins. When I peel my skin I just boil them to make drinks. Of course if I blend my fruits, I blend them whole for I have found this to be the best way to make fruit drinks. Its far more nutritious as the skin holds most vitamins.
Ingredients
Choose fruit
Any fruit and not just pine
Directions
You can boil the skins of the fruits, put to cool, then refrigerate and serve.
