All this time I didnt realise that creating a form for readers to fill in online was right on the computer. I started really looking into Microsoft Word and discovered it by accident.
I then browsed the internet and found that there was information, although limited.
I also found out that if someone sent me a pdf, I could also use an online tool and be able to fill it in by typing.
Either way, I usually love these forms, because I get to type the information in, then print. I know writers like me also love them and wish they could make life easier for their readers.
Here are the the easiest way:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Click on FILE and scroll down to and select New
3. Look for the and word Forms
4. Select one of the templates and edit to suit your needs
5. Save and generate
For the third way, you need to be tech savvy, but you can find more on that way How to create fillable forms with MS Word 2010
