I want to sue a man I asked to fix the Air Condition in my car. He didnt fix it. Now I need to take him to court, but I only know him as ‘AC man’. His colleagues at the garage also only calls him AC.

Of course you can sue someone without knowing their real name. Simply ensure you get the summons served on the exact person who did you wrong
