Petition to review process service at Sutton Street court sought

TIME COME SAYS JAMAICANS BRUISED AT SUTTON STREET COURT!

Recently customers at the Sutton Street court called for a petition to be drafted so they could sign. The petition is to review recently introduced Judges practice of overriding Laws passed in Parliament with inhouse rules at Sutton Street.

So several persons are now calling for a petition so they can sign, with hopes to influence action by authorities. These persons have been bruised as litigants.. bruised because of undue delays in their matter beyond normality, bruised because of unwarranted reissues of their process for lack of service of process by personnel in the bailiff office in over 3 months, insulted by the fact that they have been overlooked in the decision making process to allow only bailiffs to ‘bring notice of claim’, robbed of their right by enacted laws to serve their own process or choose whom they want to ‘bring notice of a claim’ in according to SEVERAL ACTS OF JAMAICA – while ‘bailiffs’ are offering fabricated excuses in justifying not doing what they are paid to do.

ALL THIS DEALING WHILE BAILIFF PERSONNEL THEMSELVES FREELY WITHOUT REGULATION COLLECT HUGE SUMS TO file claims and secure dates for claims in court office for new litigants especially regarding notices they are NOW called upon to serve..

Some will argue that they didnt even know there was a new law that allows bailiffs to serve notice to quit.

WHEN will the chaos END?

SIDE NOTE: Instead of addressing real issues … Ms Ft at the customer service desk busies herself trying to override the work of paralegals with ill legal advice and warning persons against legitimate legal workers …

TIME COME says bruised litigants…. I thought Jamaicans were timid, but when you step on their corn.. THEY BAWLING OUT – TIME COME!!!
