Anything in Jamaica to cure sinusitis naturally please?

Greetings Jamaican Herbalist,
I have serious sinusitis. I heard about Jamaican Guinea Hen weed, but is there anything else on the island to naturally cure the sinusitis. That bush is so stink, could you tell me if there are other bushes here in Jamaican.
