Can I have a rent contract for Jamaica?

QUESTION: Dear Legal wiz,
I am following your articles online. Do you have any rent contract or agreement I can use. I went to Court and the Clerk told me I needed to get one to protect myself, as I do not live in jamaica. she told me that she cannot give me one however.
