Can you send Dog Blood bush to clear my tubes?

QUESTION: Hi Anthea,
I live in the UK and have been told that both the Dog Blood and Shame O Macka herbs are good for clearing blockages in the fallopian tubes. I only have one tube as the other was removed by surgery. Is this information correct and if so can I obtain these herbs from you? Also would like to know if these herbs should be avoided if going through IVF? Kind regards
