New legal ACT for the rights of the poor of Jamaica

As of 2018, poor persons living in Jamaica have a new legal guideline to protect their civil rights.
The Human Services Act replaces the Poor Relief Act.
Nothwithstanding the rights under the Jamaican Constitution remains.
