Some Jamaican police ARE hogwashed

There are just some police who are unbelievable. Heres a man, aged over sixty years, who is always posing as a police himself, and a bailiff, and a lawyer and now a paralegal because of his obsession with actual ones. Unbelievably and undeniably, it is this man more than the decent law abiding citizens that at least ten supposedly trained and outstanding police taake their cue from for tax dollars.

The mischief caused by this ONE MAN with police officers as tools is surprising.
