RESPONSE: Dear ER:
Several herbal teas can be soothing on your nerves. Sour sop leaves are strongly recommended. Others recommended include
Chamomile;
Fever grass also known as Lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus);
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata);
Green tea (Camellia sinensis);
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum);
Holy Basil (Tulsi or Ocimum sanctum);
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera):

It is also suggested that you try to get a lot of rest and even do yoga exercises.
