Ways to improve Jamaica: 81-90: the court @ Sutton Street

The streets in first world countries remain an ongoing wonder as I travel on the smooth surface. It is a far cry from the roads I am accustomed to and struggle to keep alive on in Jamaica. In my own country I contend with the road surfaces, the potholes, other drivers so arrogant and always in a rush and then the police personnel. As if.. the space on the roads are not already a headache, the sudden step down in the roads especially when the light turns green can almost give me an heart attack.

Here’s a list of suggestions towards improving our nation to making it perfect.
(Numbers 81.-90)

81. Train staff in customer care procedures
82. Train staff on the court procedures so that everyone gives the same advice/ information with kindness
83. Educate staffers on laws especially regarding defamation
84. Communication skills by staffers needs a overhaul
85.There is no need to broad brush persons who hang on the outside of the Court in the same category
86. Dispensers for stamp, snack water is suggested
87. Showcase case lists daily whether posted on the wall, or by display on a screen to avoid police brutality when litigants seek information on cases
88. Labelling especially to the bathroom and bailiff office are needed
89. More handouts relevant to the public regarding procedures of filing and serving summons and relevant laws
90. Promote justice and acts of humanity and service to the public with dignity, not egotism among staff and police personnel
