DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
I am grateful you guided me in filing my claim. However last Thursday I turned up in Court and there was a huge crowd of persons waiting for their names to be called. I am sorry but I just left. I prefer my life over my money. Now that I am settled I still want to go after my money. How can I get the other date that the case would have been put to.

Dear Pete,
Its possible that your case was struck off the record. This happens when a plaintiff does not answer to their name and did not leave any documented reason for doing so. If that happens you will need to apply to relist the matter, or start over.
Check with front court office in person or through your agent.
