Hello Legal Wiz,

Good day to you. I have recently come across a number of your articles and have found them to be quite informative and helpful. I have been experiencing some difficulty evicting a tenant and have been growing increasingly angry and upset with every passing day/week.

Well having read your article I gave decided to try the procedures you have outlined so hopefully that works out even though it seems it may be a pretty lengthy process.
