QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
Someone was paying my taxes for me, and when they finally checked the address and diagram based on the tax certificate received, they told me the tax address, diagram at the office did not match where my land is? What do I do?

Don’t panic! This is one of the most important roles of a land surveyor.
It can be corrected. Simply secure a COMMISSIONED land surveyor to do the relevant steps.
