Do you have a lease agreement template

QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,

Good day
Our tenant of 12 years has moved out and we have a new tenant waiting to move in. This time we would like to provide a legal Lease Agreement for 12 months initially.

Do you supply these as a blank document? If so, how much is the fee.
