I need to stop family from taking away grandmas land in jamaica

Well its almost Morning, My name is Dee, I am the Grandson of EA*.

I am seeking information related to getting land titles for lands owned by my grandmother in Portland Jamaica.

I would like to take this in a step by step manner because my grandmother is saying that there are family members trying to take away her land. I am not aware of this and I am not sure if this is possible, so if there is any way to stop this act by law we would like to do so but if there is no one trying such act we would only seek to get the title for the various lands she own.
And we are also seeking advice on the necessary steps to take in selling another land that she owns but we want to deal with the land that she thinks is being taken from her by relatives.
