When someone overstays his/ her welcome and you simply need back the property or rented premises, your work is now made easier with these simple forms by paralegals to save court time waiting in line for someone to call your number, and fill in the forms for you. The forms were done following requests and suggestions. They are to be used when its challenging to access actual documents in court.
Consider using these forms when you intend to file the claim in the parish courts islandwide. These forms may be used when 1. there is a squatter in your property there is tenancy agreement, there is someone whom you gave permission to be there

A. When you want to get back your property from someone who has overstayed their welcome – whether its a tenant, squatter, relative, partner etc so its your ‘recover house court form’
B. When you want to get back your property from someone and ask for compensation for their use of your property so its your ‘recover rent court form’
A. If you want your property only:

B. If you want your property and compensation for use at the same time. These two forms can be used when there is (1) a tenancy agreement, (2) when there was no tenancy agreement:
(1) Recovery when a tenancy agreement exists
