Cleansing my face of acne vulgaris with Jamaica herbs

QUESTION: Dear Jamaican Herbalist,
I have horrible acne and i cant bother no more, I’m just tired of this never ending cycle. I ave tried several products but they all work for a time, when ever my acne is under-control it eventually break out and become worst. what would you consider for me to use as my face is full of large pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, spots, all impurities you can think of. your help is highly needed.

If you can get some sulphur mud this can clean your skin. In terms of herbs aloe versa is a good choice.

NOTE> We currently do not know where to get fenugreek oil.
