Querying status of my dads land bought years ago

DEAR LEGAL WIZ,
My father who lives in London England now over 70, had bought land in Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica many years ago. As far as I know his relatives/colleagues look after it maybe make money of the land at his expense.

I’m concerned over what’s his legal situation in owning the land, due to the lack of communication with his colleagues back in Jamaica for many years . I understand you can go in the land register to find out and to obtain more information. I’m hoping you can help me.

My father name is Rudolf born 3/2/1943 I think and the land is in Tryall, Saint Elizabeth Jamaica.
