Does dog blood bush ease bleeding and clotting?

QUESTION: Dear Jamaican Herbalist,
Hi not sure if you can offer any advice for my daughter.

She is 23 and has Polycystic ovaries and seems to experience a lot of bleeding, clotting and pain and its seems to be ruining her life her career, I know she would like to have children but its just not happening.

She is on tablets from the hospital for pain and the heaving bleeding but this is only short terms. Somebody recommend dog blood for her can you let me know if this is all she need to take and if there is an alternative. If she has to use the dog blood can tell me how much she should use and how often.
